Aeysha Augustus is a seasoned leader and professional in the public sector, known for her unwavering dedication to disrupt economic growth through the creation of an ease of doing business culture by driving a Lean management approach and business centric mindset. With a strong background in human rights advocacy, including gender mainstreaming, she has been a powerful voice for equity and inclusion in her former years. Now, as the Deputy Director of Communication and Ease of Doing Business at Red Tape Reduction, Aeysha is spearheading efforts such as the Business Support Helpline Service to make the province the easiest place to do business in, by helping businesses scale through the removal of red tape. Her mission is to strengthen ecosystems that empower women and youth, driving sustainable economic development and long-term prosperity. She is also a visual storyteller of women in sacred healing spaces – shining a light on the power of women coming together for a collective cause.
