Janietzche has led high-impact transactions, strategic repositionings and forensic investigations, recovering hundreds of millions of rands. A passionate advocate for responsible gambling, she is driving innovation through analytics and predictive platforms to identify and manage at-risk behavior in the gaming industry. She is equally dedicated to empowering women and youth through training and mentorship. Janietzche’s legacy is one of integrity, innovation, and meaningful impact—earning her the well-deserved title of a true legend in the industry. 

What excites you about being a part of the WomenIN Ad Board? 

I am super excited to be part of the WomenIN Advisory Board because I am passionate about seeing women thrive rather than just survive! I am on a mission to do what I can to assist women, young and old, to dare to reach for a dream (or two or three), to be seen, acknowledged and heard, and have loads fun while doing it. I see being on the WomenIN Ad Board as an exceptional opportunity and platform for achieve this in so many ways and I can’t wait to meet and heartfully engage with all the inspiring women and to create opportunities, break barriers and shape the future. Together, I see WomenIN not just envisioning progress but making it happen. LET’S DO THIS!!!   

Why is it important for women to collaborate? 

I have seen it time and time again. When women come together, MAGIC happens. We are able to support and uplift each other in ways men cannot because you are me and I am you. We intuitively know what the other woman needs and should trust that. Women collaborating isn’t just important—it’s essential. When women support each other, they break barriers, challenge systemic biases and create opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach. Collaboration amplifies voices, strengthens networks and fosters innovation. In a world where women have historically been pitted against each other, unity should no longer be a radical act but an everyday occurance. By working together, women achieve great things because when one woman rises, she lifts countless others with her. Collaboration also creates safe spaces where women can share experiences, learn from one another, and grow without fear of judgment. It fosters confidence, creativity and resilience. Alone, the road and journey for can be tough—but together, women are unstoppable. When women collaborate, they don’t just change their own lives; they transform industries, societies and the future itself.
