In 1999, Kim began a career at the UVP Group as a cleaner and machine assistant, eager to learn and grow within the packaging and printing industry. Through dedication, curiosity, and a hands-on approach, She worked in every department, gaining valuable insight into each stage of production.

In 2005, She transitioned to the die shop—a turning point that sparked a deep passion for manufacturing tools for the printing industry. Determined to master the craft, She completed a trade test in die making, alongside further studies in CNC programming, graphic design, and bookkeeping. This diverse skill set provided a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and operational aspects of the business.

Today, as Managing Director of Packtech Tooling, She has combined technical expertise, strategic leadership, and decades of industry experience to drive innovation and excellence. Guided by a philosophy of continuous learning and a commitment to quality, She leads with the same dedication that began on the shop floor over two decades ago.
