What inspire’s you to be part of the WomenIN portfolio, and what impact do you hope to create through your work? My inspiration comes from the vision of WomenIN to empower women and create meaningful change across industries. I see this as a platform to not only assist women to grow personally but also to champion inclusion and innovation. The impact I hope to create, is to contribute to shaping spaces where women can thrive, whether by sharing knowledge, mentoring each other, or driving initiatives that open up access and opportunities for women globally.
WomenIN is all about breaking barriers and fostering collaboration. What does this mission mean to you personally? On a personal level, this mission means being part of rewriting the story for women, where challenges turn into opportunities, and competition transforms into collaboration. It’s about believing that progress is faster and stronger when women support each other, and it reminds me that the legacy I leave should not just be about my achievements, but about the doors I’ve helped to open for others.
If you could give one piece of advice to women looking to step into leadership or break into male-dominated industries, what would it be? My advice would be: trust your voice and don’t shrink yourself to fit in. Every challenge you face is a chance to grow, and resilience is one of the most powerful leadership traits you can develop. Step forward boldly, even when the path isn’t clear.
What are you looking forward to most for the WomenIN Festival 2025? What I look forward to most is the energy of women coming together with a shared purpose, to break barriers, celebrate achievements, and imagine new possibilities. I believe the WomenIN Festival will spark conversations and build relationships that lead to real, lasting impact.
