My name is Veliswa Tiya I am the Founder and Director of Rich Aunties Esthetics a brand born from a period of unexpected change. I was unfortunately one of the many people who was retrenched during the 2020 Covid era. I am a former Merchandise Planner for top brands like Woolworths and Foschini and so I’ve channeled my retail expertise into my company. In 2022, I launched Rich Aunties Esthetics, a venture that beautifully merges of my passion for home decor with my passion for women’s empowerment. The brand is named Rich Aunties Esthetics because I want to encourage women to not be afraid to want to be Rich, to not fear expressing their ambitions and that they want the best for themselves. Being Rich is not only about being financially comfortable but being Rich in who you are and leading yourself from that empowered space.
