Together, we’re moving the gender equality needle forward, creating spaces where collaboration leads to lasting change. 

At WiN, we don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk and sometimes we wear it too! Through our upcycling initiatives, empowerment programs, sector-focused events, and community-driven projects, we turn purpose into action and impact into legacy.

WOMENIN (WiN): BEST LAUNCH EVENT

We are proud to share that the WomenIN Festival has been awarded Best Launch Event at the prestigious AAXO ROAR Industry Awards!

It’s almost impossible to believe that in just 2.5 months , the WomenIN Festival went from a just an idea to reality — born from the bold vision of Naz Fredericks and brought to life by a team driven by passion and purpose. What started as a simple thought quickly became a powerful platform for connection, collaboration, and real impact.

Although we don’t do it for the awards, this award is more than a certificate it’s proof of what happens when you dare to dream, break the mold, and believe in the power of women coming together.

Here’s to the beginning of something even greater. The journey has only just begun!

Mission:

At WiN, our mission is to inspire, support, and uplift women by providing the tools, networks, and opportunities they need to thrive personally and professionally. We create spaces where women can connect, lead, and succeed while breaking barriers and fostering collaboration. We actively engage male allies to accelerate gender parity and drive lasting change. Through initiatives such as upcycling programs, sector-focused events, and our flagship WomenIN Festival, the only multi-sector empowerment event, we are building an inclusive ecosystem that promotes empowerment, leadership, and action.

Vision:

Our vision is to empower women to contribute meaningfully to society and their organizations while uniting men and women to drive shared solutions and inclusive growth. Through online and in-person events, market access for female-owned SMMEs, NPO partnerships, and our commitment to keeping over 120 girls in school each year, we are creating real impact. Together, we aim to break barriers, celebrate diversity, and move the gender needle forward, building a more inclusive future for generations to come.
