Caroline Nelson is the Country Manager and CEO for H&M South Africa. She oversees the company’s overall sales, people, operations and sustainability strategies in the region. Caroline has worked within the H&M Group across varying roles in the United States while also supporting expansion into Central & South America and New Zealand. She is based in Cape Town where H&M’s South African head office is located.
