FIGHT BACK

Fight Back SA is a non-profit organisation based in Cape Town (NPO 239-623) that empowers women and children living in high-risk communities by providing free self-defence workshops. Founded in 2019 by a team of volunteers trained in Krav Maga and other martial arts, the organisation equips participants with practical skills such as disarming weapons, escape from choke-holds and hand-to-hand defence, while instilling trust, courage and commitment.
