Her work focuses on belonging, identity, and gender equity, supporting women to navigate male-dominated environments while helping organisations remove systemic barriers to inclusion and performance. Through her coaching and consultancy practice, she partners with leaders to align culture with values and strengthen connection. She is the founder of 328 Coaching, a coaching programme supporting women to step confidently into their power and lead with authenticity, clarity, and influence.
