With over three decades of experience, she has empowered leaders and teams across five continents to BOUNCE FORWARD™—transforming adversity into resilience, energy, and high performance.
Joni’s expertise spans neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and adaptive leadership, underpinned by advanced certifications and her signature CAN DO™ framework. Developed through years of research and practical application, this framework helps individuals and teams master decision-making, cultivate agility, and sustain vitality in the face of relentless change.
Joni also creates personalized leadership assessments, enabling organizations to identify and nurture the unique capabilities of their teams.
Recognized for her thought leadership and impact, Joni is the proud recipient of the Southern African Speaker Hall of Fame award, the South African Educators Hall of Fame, and the GSF Service Award. She currently serves as Vice President of the Global Speaker Federation, and has previously held the position of President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa.
