Recognized for her thought leadership and impact, Joni is the proud recipient of the Southern African Speaker Hall of Fame award, the South African Educators Hall of Fame, and the GSF Service Award. She currently serves as Vice President of the Global Speaker Federation, and has previously held the position of President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa. As an Associate Faculty member at GIBS Business School, she influences the next generation of leaders, sharing insights on adaptive leadership and resilience.
