- What inspire’s you to be part of the WomenIN portfolio, and what impact do you hope to create through your work?
It has opened incredible opportunities for me, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally. Through these experiences, I have gained valuable insights, built meaningful relationships, and developed skills that continue to shape my journey. More importantly, I hope to use these opportunities to give back by connecting the community with empowerment, fostering growth, and creating spaces where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
Through my work, I hope to create a seamless, user-friendly digital experience that supports and amplifies the amazing work that WomenIN does. My goal is to ensure that the website remains a dynamic space where members can easily connect, find resources, and feel empowered to engage fully. By improving the user experience and optimizing the platform, I aim to help women feel supported and inspired to continue their journey of growth and leadership.

To This mission is deeply meaningful to me because I believe that, at some point in our lives, we all hold back from speaking our truth—whether out of fear, uncertainty, or the belief that our voices won’t be heard. However, I have come to realize that true growth and transformation happen when we find the courage to break that silence. By speaking up, we not only empower ourselves but also inspire others to do the same. This openness creates a ripple effect, fostering deeper connections, meaningful collaborations, and collective progress. When we share our experiences, challenges, and ideas, we open doors to understanding, support, and innovative solutions that can drive change on both personal and community levels - If you could give one piece of advice to women looking to step into leadership or break into male-dominated industries, what would it be?
I believe everyone, no matter their age or position, should speak up with confidence. It can be scary, but staying silent ensures nothing changes. By speaking out, we challenge the status quo, start important conversations, and create opportunities for growth. Confidence builds with each step, and it all begins with having the courage to voice your thoughts. - What are you looking forward to most for the WomenIN Festival 2025?
All the lovely women from all walks of life coming together, For the inspiring Winfest speakers and activation stalls.
