What excites you about being a part of the WomenIN Creator Board? 

I had the immense honour of attending  WinFest in 2024 and I was blown away by the magic and splendor of a day spent learning from incredible women in a space where every woman felt empowered and inspired. I am excited to be a part of such an amazing platform this year and I look forward to contributing to the experience in a positive and impactful way. 

Why is it important for women to collaborate? 

When women come together to collaborate, they create a powerful community of change makers that creates opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Women understand the systemic challenges that we face and together, through collective action, we can challenge those issues, uplift and support each other and help each other aim even higher. 

Why should people attend WiN Fest 2025? 

If you’re looking for an unforgettable and impactful experience with learning, connection and inspiration then WinFest 2025 is the place to be. I personally am looking forward to connecting with incredible women, learning from the best and being inspired to achieve greater things personally and collectively.

With a captivating smile and a sense of destiny, Leigh-Anne Williams is a recognizeable figure in the broadcasting and entertainment space. 

She is currently the Prime-Time host of the Morning Show with Leigh-Anne Williams. Currently the show with the highest listenership on Good Hope (from 09:00 – 12:00 every weekday). Leigh-Anne, in 2024, launched the first ever Warrior Woman Awards on Good Hope FM, a platform aimed at recognizing and celebrating the incredible achievements of the women of Cape Town. 

Leigh-Anne also hosted Expresso Show on S3, for nine years, aswell as several shows including Top Billing, Afternoon Express, Presenter on 3, Finest Homes, not forgetting winning the hearts of the nation on Strictly Come Dancing, season 8. 

Leigh-Anne is vibrant and passionate all-round person who describes herself as one who is “blessed – to be a blessing”, Leigh-Anne captivates with both her drive, professionalism and commitment to making a difference in her lifetime.
