Megan Jarvis

Megan is the Head of the Infrastructure sector. She specialises in commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, black economic empowerment transactions and rationalisations, with a focus on clients in the mining and construction industries. Her experience extends to cross-border transactions and project management. She has substantial experience in mining, infrastructure, construction and power projects, including wind and solar projects in Southern Africa. Her expertise has been recognised by Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal.

Megan has BA and LLB degrees, the latter with highest honours, from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law from the same institution and an LLM from the University of South Africa. She is also an admitted conveyancer.
