1. What inspires you to be part of the WomenIN portfolio, and what impact do you hope to create through your work?
   WomenIN’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable future deeply resonates with me. I’m inspired by the way this platform not only celebrates women but also brings male allies into the conversation to drive meaningful change. As a Content Specialist, I have the privilege of shaping narratives that uplift, inspire and connect. Through my work, I aim to amplify diverse voices, share powerful stories and contribute to a space where women see their worth and step into their power.

    

2. WomenIN is all about breaking barriers and fostering collaboration—what does this mission mean to you personally?
   For me, breaking barriers means creating new pathways for inclusivity by prioritising connection and shared values. It’s about dismantling outdated structures, ensuring more seats at the table, and making space for voices that have been historically unheard. True progress happens when we move forward together, and WomenIN is a testament to the power of collective growth.

    

3. If you could give one piece of advice to women looking to step into leadership or break into male-dominated industries, what would it be?
   Step into your authenticity and use your voice—you deserve to be here! Confidence and self-belief are your strongest assets. The world needs your perspective, and the more you own your space, the more you pave the way for others to do the same.

    

4. What are you looking forward to most for the WomenIN Festival 2025?
   I’m excited to witness the festival’s growth and impact firsthand. There’s something truly powerful about seeing women come together, awaken to their value and leave with a renewed sense of purpose. I look forward to the conversations, collaborations and moments of inspiration that remind us why this work matters.
