Noli Mini is a trailblazing spa-preneur redefining wellness in the hospitality industry. As the founder of Relax Spa, she has built a brand that seamlessly integrates wellness into luxury hotels, enhancing guest experiences while driving business growth. Her entrepreneurial journey, marked by resilience, perseverance, and innovation, has earned her recognition as a wellness entrepreneur to watch by Entrepreneur Magazine.
With over a decade of leadership in the hospitality industry, Noli served as the Chairperson of Fedhasa Cape Young Professionals for eight years. Under her leadership and guidance, the segment’s name evolved from the Youth Segment to Fedhasa Young Professionals, ensuring a more inclusive and forward-thinking approach to industry development. She is also a trustee on the Luxury Hotel Broad-Based Ownership Trust | Bursary Fund, further solidifying her commitment to nurturing future hospitality leaders.
Noli has also contributed to wellness education and industry development through her role on the advisory board of the Wellness Sciences Department at CPUT, where she provided insights on industry trends and professional growth opportunities.
In 2019, she played a key role in the spa division of Marriott International Spas in South Africa, providing operational support and helping to elevate wellness standards across the brand’s properties.
Beyond business, Noli is a sought-after and inspiring speaker, captivating corporate audiences and entrepreneurs with her powerful story of resilience and success. As the Global Wellness Day Ambassador for South Africa, she champions holistic well-being, ensuring wellness extends beyond traditional spa spaces—into hotels, wine farms, and the broader hospitality sector.
Noli is also expanding her impact through product development, creating a Rooibos and Fynbos-inspired line of spa and hotel amenities, as well as luxurious body oils for use in spas. Inspired by South Africa’s rich botanical heritage, these products will bring a uniquely local and sustainable touch to the wellness experience.
Her upcoming book, “The Modern Spa-Preneur’s Journey of Noli Mini,” will share her experiences navigating an industry historically reserved for a select few, amplifying the voices of those who lack the courage to speak up.
Currently, Noli is focused on scaling her business, developing strong leadership within her team, and creating innovative wellness experiences, such as pop-up spa suites and outdoor relaxation offerings. She believes in working on the business, not just in it, ensuring sustainable growth and impact.
