I am admitted attorney with more than 25 years of combined legal and commercial experience. I occupied senior roles in private practice, leading local and international investment banks and in the public sector, both locally and in the Middle East and London. I am a staunch advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion with a particular passion for women’s rights and empowerment. I am the chairperson of the Group HR DEI Forum. I have been a member of the Gender Equity Forum since 2021 , serving as its deputy chairperson in 2024 until assuming the responsibility of chairperson from 1 September.
