I am responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term market expansion goals for Southern and East Africa thereby providing market insights and strategic advice to the Group CEO

I have a proven track record for delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration. My focus is new market penetration, digitalization and continuous improvement. I hold an MBA from Henley Business School and several certifications, awards, and honors in the mining sector. My passion is in empowering leaders within the industry to leverage diversity to obtain a competitive advantage.
