UYILO

Established in 2013, the uYilo e-Mobility Programme (uYilo) serves as a national multi-stakeholder programme hosted by Nelson Mandela University. uYilo enables the electric mobility ecosystem through government lobbying (policies, regulations, standards), industry engagement, pilot projects, skills development, enterprise development, and thought leadership. The uYilo programme is an initiative of the Technology Innovation Agency, a public entity of the Department of Science and Innovation.
