Warda Gertse

Marketing Manager Cavendish Square, part of the EBM Group. As a seasoned Brand and Marketing professional, I have a proven track record in crafting and executing impactful campaigns within the travel, tourism, retail and hospitality sectors. My expertise spans brand strategy, marketing communications, digital tools and research, all aimed at enhancing brand visibility and engagement. 

I hold a Master of Arts in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science from the University of South Africa. This academic foundation fuels my passion for global affairs and cultural diversity.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an active public speaker and facilitator, having led numerous national as well as international youth leadership workshops in Cape Town and New York. These initiatives focus on developing millennial leaders, committed to peacebuilding and social change. I am also passionate about women and youth development in my current role with the Women in Tourism Western Cape NexGen subcommittee. 

I enjoy travelling, meeting new people and exploring new places, arts and culture, which continually inspires my professional and personal growth.
