Zanele Mngadi

Zanele Mngadi is the Chief Legal Counsel at Nedbank Group. In this role she is responsible for managing the group’s legal functions, including human resource, finance, strategy, company secretariat, competition law and regulatory risk and financial crime advisory. She is also directly responsible for managing and advising on Nedbank Group reputational risk matters. Prior to this role, Zanele held executive roles at African Bank and Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, among other highlights in a career spanning over three decades. Zanele holds and LLB from the University of Natal, and an LLM (International Finance) from Harvard Law School. .
