What excites you about being a part of the WomenIN AdBoard?

I love making a difference in people’s lives and being a women myself, I have encountered many of the challenges and difficulties women have to endure in the work and home space.  I am excited to meet more women in different industries and find out how they overcome obstacles and challenges! I am excited to learn about other industries as I have been in Gaming for 34 years and don’t know much about other industries!    

Why is it important for women to collaborate?

Men have many outlets where they can get together and talk but don’t always use them (often ego’s get in the way) – they also don’t do what women do and that is get together, laugh, cry and talk without ego’s! I find, when women get together and collaborate it just makes life at work and at home so much easier as you finally have someone who understands and can maybe shed a different perspective of tried and tested that may help you! 

Why should people attend WiN Fest 2025?

To build the brand and the team and to meet new people!  To share and give insight into their industries and feel part of something wonderful!
