Nomndeni is passionate about leadership and empowerment of youth and women. While completing her tertiary studies, Nomndeni founded a youth development programme and has since started an organisation that seeks to empower and develop women.
Nomndeni also founded her own consultancy services company in 2020 where she empowers other business-minded individuals, regardless of gender.
Nomndeni has also shared that she is on the cusp of launching a business and leadership empowerment so watch this space!
