Raksha Naidoo is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of experience across analytical, production leadership, and general management roles. With a BSc degree and an unwavering commitment to teamwork, consultation, and communication, Raksha has established herself as a transformative leader who prioritizes the growth and success of her team. She fosters constructive relationships across all levels of an organization, including organized labor, which has been instrumental in her leadership journey. Raksha’s passion for people shines through in her personal and professional life. As a mentor, problem-solver, and go-to support for her colleagues and friends, she is dedicated to nurturing the potential she sees in others. This drive led her to establish The Girlfriends Group, a non-profit aimed at empowering women, and to serve as Chairperson for Women in Mining South Africa (WiMSA), where she continues to advocate for inclusion and growth within the industry. Raksha is currently the CEO of The Particle Group, where she remains dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and shared success.
