Nono Cele Xaba is an award-winning broadcaster with over 15 years of experience in the sport broadcasting industry. She is a multitalented leader who wears various hats as a broadcaster; she shows up to one production as a producer driving the editorial, sometimes she comes in as an outside broadcast director, calling the shots behind the scenes and sometimes she is immersed in training, upskilling and mentoring the next generation.
Outside of broadcasting, Nono is a motivational speaker who is passionate about women leadership and the development of talent. She has been featured on various radio stations, TV programmes and publications where she shared her journey and the importance of Africans telling their own stories.
Nono is also a driven entrepreneur, running two small businesses- Salt and Light where she manufactures her own merchandise (now popularly known as GOAT) and she also runs a logistics company with her husband, VX Events and Logistics.
Mostly importantly, Nono is a mother, sister, daughter and wife, roles she takes very seriously as they motivate her to be all that she can be.
